Currently, I am the administrator for various HR systems including: Workday, Cornerstone OnDemand, Taleo, Salesforce and iSight. My main focus is Salesforce as a certified Salesforce administrator and the product owner. I worked with finding solutions to improve the system. Worked on the project upgrading from classic to lightning interface. As an administrator, I help employees navigate the systems and maintain the systems. I also write documentation on how to navigate the system as well. I have also built knowledge articles for our various departments in HR (Benefits, Compensation, etc) for the end users.
