ABOUT BRIDGET CLAY
Currently on maternity leave, but still lurking occasionally!Bridget Clay is a former teacher who works supporting schools to implement powerful professional learning. She is the Executive Director of Education Partnerships at Teach First, a UK-based charity focussed on ending educational inequality. Previously, she headed up Teach First’s leadership programmes and she was the Director of School Programmes at the Teacher Development Trust, the national charity for professional learning in the UK.She has advised and supports a number of organisations, including the Department for Education and the Greater London Authority. As a speaker, she frequently appears at conferences and events, including ResearchED and The Telegraph Festival of Education. She is the co-author of Unleashing Great Teaching (Routledge, 2018) and is a regular media contributor, including for TES, SecEd and Headteacher Update and has contributed to a book for National Education Trust, edited by Marc Rowland.She is also Chair of Trustees for the MTPT Project.
