Additionally, I serve as the Executive Producer for the Performance Outreach Program (POP), which, since 1987, has commissioned groundbreaking artists to create new plays for young audiences, touring throughout San Diego County. As a leader at the intersection of arts and education, I champion best practices in both artistic creation and educational pedagogy, engaging with students, teachers, and patrons alike. My work reaches diverse groups, including K-12 students, educators, military and veteran communities, individuals experiencing homelessness, artists with disabilities, and youth and adults impacted by the criminal justice system.By collaborating with La Jolla Playhouse staff, Board, and community liaisons, I build meaningful partnerships with schools, community organizations, and cultural institutions, ensuring that our programs are inclusive, accessible, and have a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
