As a manager, I excel at retention, morale, skill building, and inventive process building. Every job is training for the next place in life you want to be. I\'m an experienced public speaker, effective trainer, fast-thinking problem solver, natural group leader, and a driver of collaboration. I knock down silos with sheer willpower and a smile. When I\'m not working with my team or my clients, I\'m traveling to find the prettiest places I haven\'t seen yet and writing short fiction. My coworker recently told me he never knew how many lunar eclipses there really are until he worked with me, because I will wake up early to see every single one.
