The most fulfilling part of my career is and always will be the people. I love to help people find and develop their true passions. Throughout my career I’ve strived to build world-class accounting teams where everyone recognizes and embraces the value of each other’s strengths. I knew this would mean the team would be unstoppable. I’ve refined my processes and I have the recipe to do just this.Along the way, balancing a career, children, marriage, loss and other challenges forced me to look for ways to manage the stress and find balance. I threw myself into self-care and tried many different practices. I also experienced the power of my own mind. This has been an absolute game-changer for me in both my career and life. I love my job as a leader in the Department of Defense. And I absolutely love audit. But, after more than two decades, I want to add my dream opportunity of being a holistic coach.
