About Bill Richter
After studying engineering for four years, I realized my passion for working directly with customers and accepted a managerial internship with Hillstone Restaurant group. Upon completing the internship, I joined Hillstone full-time as part of their manager-in-training (MIT) program, before serving as a front-of-house manager for their top three locations in the country. Having worked for Hillstone for five years in four states, I returned to my hometown in Philadelphia to gain even more experience in a very competitive market. I am currently working in Oregon as a Front Line Manager for Aramark Business Dining. I am always excited to seize the next challenge and apply my patience, team-mentality and relentless work ethic to a new role, whether that be in the restaurant industry or a new sector.
