About Ben Richeson

An experienced Information Security leader with over 18 years of experience in cybersecurity, I demonstrated success at identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities as a member the United States Air Force Red Team. I spent 3 years as an incident response program manager and 7 years as an incident response leader of program managers at Microsoft. At Amazon, I created a security consultation program with security engineers and TPMs and also built a developer-focused design diagramming tool that automated the threat modeling process. As a leader, I get the most satisfaction from inspiring and enabling my team to mitigate cross functional security problems. As an individual contributor, I am passionate about resolving complex security issues and thrive on the energy I get from reducing risk.
