About Brice Giesbrecht
Brice is a proven professional with all aspects of solution delivery and sales engineering.As a kid he learned BASIC at a department store\'s computer display. His first IT job found him working on an AS400 as large as a small house. He officially began his career as a database administrator, doing production and application DBA work. Realizing he preferred development to watching tablespaces grow, he transitioned to Java. Over the years Brice has developed enterprise solutions in healthcare, manufacturing, government, and retail. Since 2011, he has been focused on big data, cloud, and IoT.Currently Brice is focusing on manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.Brice desires to continue to grow as a technologist and as a leader who can continue to deliver business value through the proper application of technology.
