   IC3, Lightspeed (Miami, FL):12 story integrated command and communication center (parking garage/office building), approximately 108,700 sf office space and cafeteria, the parking garage to host 1600 vehicles for various departments such as MDFR and MDPD. A protected pedestrian bridge on the second floor will link the new parking garage/office building to the existing Lightspeed Facility where 108,700 sf of office new office space will be built into an existing shell space for MDFD, MD Office of Emergency Management and Miami Dade County Transit Department. This will require a new second floor to be built inside the existing shell building. There will also be a heliport on the roofdeck.Joule House Miami: A mixed-use multifamily development in the heart of Miami\'s Wynwood neighborhood. Joule House Miami will rise eight stories and offer 308 rental residences, approximately square feet of ground floor retail and paseo space and nearly square feet of expansive indoor and outdoor amenities.Located at 2200 NW First Avenue, this highly-amenitized development will transform the thriving Wynwood neighborhood with grand displays of public art across its facade and two public passageways, known as paseos, that will encourage pedestrians to engage with the building, community spaces and ground-floor retail. The project is being built by Suffolk Construction and substantial completion is anticipated for January 2025
