About Bri Carlesimo

I never planned on working in PR (teaching was my original path), but what drew me in - and keeps me here - is the chance to shape conversations, guide brands and mentor people. Today, I’m Vice President of Client Experience at Pierce Public Relations, where I lead strategy, support clients across the AEC and professional services industries and help my team grow into confident communicators. I take my work seriously, but not myself. My leadership style is rooted in empathy, creativity and collaboration, and I believe the best ideas happen when people feel supported and inspired. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me giving back to the Nashville community as a graduate of the Young Leaders Council (Class 79) and a member of PRSA Nashville, the Crescendo Club, the Next Chapter Society and the National Organization for Women. Along the way, I’ve been honored with the Nashville Emerging Leaders Award in the Advertising and PR category (2025) and named to Alpha Delta Pi’s 30 Under 30 (2017), while Pierce PR has been recognized among Tennessee’s fastest-growing businesses. At the heart of it all: I love helping businesses and people find their voice, tell their story and make an impact.
