As a contracts professional, I specialize in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating master service agreements and independent contractor agreements in collaboration with internal subject matter experts, legal teams, outside counsel, and finance teams. My work ensures seamless partnerships and compliance across multiple regions.Beyond contract management, I have taken the initiative to enhance team efficiency by organizing and maintaining a Microsoft Teams channel and database for my national contracts team. I’ve also led independent projects, such as auditing top clients across regions for agreement extensions, data privacy compliance, and flow-down requirements—streamlining processes for better collaboration and operational effectiveness. Additionally, I maintain internal financial rate card records to support strategic decision-making.In addition to my core responsibilities, I recently expanded my expertise to include Latin American and multicultural clients, broadening my impact in contract management.
