Co Founder of Snowflake Village 501 C-3 Non-Profit Christmas Tree Village selling trees raising funds for multiple area Charities.Responsible for growing fund raising from start up to over $100k, growing (seasonal 1 month) sales from to over of processes and training for managing outflow of over Christmas Trees in less than 30 days.Execution and implementation of financial forecasting and cash flow proforma for 15 years.Developed and implemented customer experience strategies resulting in a 90% customer retention yoy.Vendor, resource vetting and on boarding including establishing wholesale supplier accounts and purchasing.Attending industry seminars, trade shows exhibitions and farm tours to gain knowledge from experts in agriculture.We partner with local area non profits and charities to raise funds and awareness through the sales of Christmas trees. Our Retail facility is located at 12201 S Tryon St Charlotte NC and were open from the weekend before Thanksgiving until the last tree is sold (typically by December 21st)We have an on site Prayer Chapel, Rustic Santa Hut, Wreath Shoppe, Christmas Shoppe and an ongoing Bonfire with FREE Hot Cocoa and roasted marshmallows, Christmas music and a Sunday fireside worship experience.
