I am humbled to be the on-site host and emcee for an internal company event series known as \"Care Retreat\" for over Alaska Air Group, welcoming thousands of frontline workers to a custom-branded experience in Seattle. Responsibilities include-Ensuring a diverse audience from various backgrounds, geographies, and workgroups feels welcome -Mentor speakers, facilitators, and leaders to provide topical content for each event\'s audience -Motivate, engage, entertain, reward, and assist attending frontline workers -Collaborate with production and AV team providing event execution, content accessibility and optimization opportunities -Work with executives and business owners to tailor their message, providing feedback, coaching, and guidance -Have more fun than should be allowed with some of the most Remarkable teammates on the planet!
