Member of the Leo PMO, and lead TPM for Payload Flight Electronics on both Gen1 and Gen2 Leo Satellites. For Gen1 production LRUs (Line Replaceable Units), drive up first pass yield, throughput; drive down factory failures, field failures and Risks posed by the LRU to the program. For Gen2 LRUs, gather cross program requirements & coordinate trades and optimizations to align with program goals. Spearhead tighter collaboration between software and hardware teams to speed development pace, reduce rework, and reduce program schedule risk. Execute Gen2 program delivery on schedule.
