Brian Thomas is a seasoned radio programming executive with a notable history in major U.S. markets, including New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Atlanta, Seattle, Boston, Tampa and more. He played a pivotal role in reviving WCBS-FM in New York, transitioning it from the “Jack FM” format back to its classic hits roots in 2007, which led to a resurgence in its popularity to #1.In 2014, Thomas joined Cumulus Media as the Program Director for WNSH (94.7 Nash FM) in New York City, marking the city’s first full-time country station in nearly two decades. He also served as Cumulus’ Corporate Program Director, overseeing multiple formats, including country and classic hits.Under his leadership, Nash FM made significant strides in the New York market, achieving a weekly audience exceeding one million listeners.
