CSI has over 1300 employees across 23 facilities in the USA. I am reporting to the CFO centralizing and overseeing all purchasing for the company. My main focus will be in building a procurement team that manages all Indirect and Direct purchasing. Utilizing my experience in building strong relationships with vendors through SRM the goal is to reduce lead times, better service levels, find cost reductions by working closely with our vendors.
