I am a seasoned leader and strategist in cyber operations, diplomacy, project management, and communication. I recently served as the Director of International Relations: Qatar & Egypt, where I developed engagement opportunities and established new cyber and unmanned initiatives at the international level. Demonstrated skilled talents include writing diplomatic speeches and policy proposals for our nation\'s top leaders and coordinating multinational engagements throughout the Middle East.I am an Executive Director and Change Agent Leader, able to communicate organizational vision and technical requirements, and driven to achieve personal, team, and organizational success.I lead through change and develop others to be leaders: perhaps the two most challenging elements of organizational success.
