   Advise on strategic initiatives in Operations & Performance Improvement, Merger Integration, Growth Strategy, PE Due Diligence and Organization DesignSelected Consulting Experience:​- Chief Transformation Officer for a retail display manufacturer with ownership of initiatives including increasing profitability of sales, redesigning the project cost estimating process, project managing ERP implementation, and redesigning the commission plan​- Completed market and strategy studies for a fertilizer manufacturer to facilitate a refinancing of the business and identified initiatives with EBITDA at stake upwards of $14M, including delivery network optimization and analysis of building a new manufacturing plant​- Evaluated a client’s target companies in the HVAC and Plumbing market, developing a robust strategy for geographic expansion​- Completed a performance improvement project for a consumer insights company evaluating their pricing model, employee incentives, employee utilization, and temporary labor costs​- Conducted prescriptive organizational transformation study for a rapidly growing food services client, providing automation, human capital, org chart, and operational direction to address the most pressing pain points​- Managed a portion of the due diligence process for the acquisition of an $800M competitor, reviewing contracts and assessing the impact of buying the business against our right to win and competing for the sales in the marketplace​- Directed project post-acquisition to realign and renegotiate terms with 200 vendors, resulting in an immediate margin gain of $2M ​- Developed a successful plan to strategically increase prices, influence product mix, and address unprofitable sales to reverse a three-year trend of margin contraction in a $135M book of business​
