I\'ve had the pleasure and privilege of visiting and working in all 50 U.S. states, Canada, and the northern parts of Mexico, while building trusting relationships and growing each business profitably. I\'ve been successful as both an individual contributor and a business leader, working with various teams while maintaining each relationship at a local level. Making and managing calculated risk in business decisions permitted innovative growth while utilizing Lean Six Sigma and 5S processes to reduce waste.As a business leader, I\'ve been able to interview, hire, lead, coach, manage, and promote several associates in various roles that\'ve contributed to their personal and professional growth. I\'ve also assisted associates in the performance improvement process when the standards, behaviors, and culture were not met. When appropriate, I\'ve separated individuals in the hope of their success elsewhere to ensure a good team is not negatively impacted.I utilize essential Project Management Principles that are vital to the success of every sales and solutions process. I stay organized to meet the needs of both internal and external customers. This has enabled me to contribute to the growth of two significant corporate relationships, which have generated a combined total of approximately $150 million in sales. Today, I lead a team of ten project managers across the US and am responsible for implementing sizable new core accounts for MSC Industrial Supply. My PM team also supports any national account implementation project overflow where other project teams need additional support.I\'ve been married to my beautiful and intelligent wife, Melanie, for over 27 years. We have three wonderful sons and a fun-loving dog! We enjoy traveling anywhere in the US together or as a couple. I\'ve lived in Australia for two years and, in 2023, visited eight countries in Europe with my wife. Our favorite places are Slovenia, France, and Germany, with more to visit someday!
