AI/ML is no longer the limiting factor, its getting the data ready.Biologics programs lose weeks (and often months) to brittle, manual handoffs—especially during tech transfer, cross-site process comparisons, and deviation investigations. Data is fragmented across MES/EBR, historians, LIMS, and quality systems, and every site/CDMO speaks a different “dialect.”Axio’s approach: deploy lightweight local nodes at sponsor and CDMO sites to extract + normalize process data on-prem, enforce common schemas, and share only governed artifacts (curated features/aggregates/model parameters)—not raw data. The result is faster stabilization, clearer cross-site truth, and audit-ready traceability.Uniquely, Axio also runs a high-throughput non-GMP antibody lab that generates clean, structured datasets and helps seed the network’s schemas and models—so every campaign and every connected site makes the system smarter.Previously, I built data-heavy systems in high-stakes environments (including early work at CrowdStrike) and have spent my career bridging science + software + data engineering.
