Lead all operations for Current, a Chicago-based nonprofit water innovation hub with a mission to grow a circular blue economy, accelerate innovation, and solve pressing water challenges.• Responsible for managing the organization’s contract portfolio lifecycle. Conceptualize, draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements including Confidentiality Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Intellectual Property & Licensing Agreements, Project Funding Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Service Agreements, MOUs, and Employment Agreements.• Oversee all reporting, budgeting, contracting, and compliance efforts for Great Lakes ReNEW; a six-state regional project consortium led by Current, which was awarded a 10-year,$160M investment from the National Science Foundation Regional Innovation Engines program in 2024.• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement scalable controls relying on innovative technology solutions to bring greater efficiency to the organization’s core operations.• Coordinate with relevant parties to timely respond to FOIA and related requests for information.
