Enables the Board to fulfill its governance function and facilitate the optimum interaction between management and the Board. Tasked with, and proven ability for, growing the $100M+ organization through revenue diversification, financial sustainability, program expansion, innovation, diverse and inclusive culture, and strategic partnerships. Highlights include, but not limited to- Lobbied legislators in Olympia, WA to successfully secure $5M ($2M for new community resources and $2M for refugee resettlement program)- Actively recruit and secure new Board Members and further develop corporate partnerships, such as Coastal Community Bank and The Boeing Company- Repurposed the Refugee Resettlement Program to address the large influx of Ukrainian refugees, providing over 1,600 Ukrainians with access to medical providers, case managers, and basic needs/food distribution- Implemented 988 Crisis line as well as “Native and Strong Lifeline,” exclusively for tribal-affiliated persons in the State of Washington- Led the Hunger Prevention team to feed more than people (2022) who experienced food instability, utilizing our own food banks and collaborating with our community partners- Orchestrated 18 eighteen-wheeler loads per week, utilizing vacant grocery store to house a distribution network in collaboration with trucking industry - resulting in a sq. ft. warehouse- Established Housing Services and assisted 6,548 households in securing rental assistance through local community foundation funding ($120K).
