About Brian Wong
As a seasoned QC Microbiologist with demonstrated leadership, proactivity, and high-level contribution in all of my roles, I am seeking to leverage my experience to pursue a Quality-oriented role as the next step in my career to apply my knowledge as well as challenge myself to make even greater achievements.From a technical standpoint, I have performed some of the very first microbiological tests of a company in a brand new GMP facility. Elsewhere, I have written and executed validation protocols for well-established microbiological tests and implemented appropriate changes from data-based conclusions.From a person-to-person standpoint, I have been in a team of 2 and a team of 20. I\'ve directly trained, coached, and collaborated with high school graduates with no experience as well as analysts with 20+ years of experience. With all people, I\'ve pursued the approach of being an effective communicator while also knowing that there is something to learn from everyone.
