Currently leading a highly talented team of 46 Windows and Unix engineers based out of the US and India that deliver Tier 3 and 4 support for our client\'s systems. We maintain over systems which consist of On-Prem, Virtual and Cloud-based systems. I act as the Change Manager for our team to ensure all IT requests are processed with client, business and IT approvals. We are constantly looking at automation, process improvement, and ways to standardize our runbooks. We heavily rely on monitoring tools, event management, and ServiceNow to identify system outages and trends to further improve our reliability, availability and reduce our MTTR. This leads to engaging conversations with our clients to drive success, improvements, and trust. We recently handled projects consisting of the following: SOC2 and PCI Audit Controls Deploying Sentinel One to over Unix and Windows systems to consolidate our security software. Replacing Splunk with SumoLogic as our logging tool. Doing an audit to review and true up our PCI compliant systems. I have dedicated time to our ServiceNow initiatives such as improving our CMDB, streamlining our Problem Management workflow, expanding our standard change and service catalogs. This has been an important effort that has and will reduce overhead and improve our customer\'s satisfaction. These efforts have also allowed us to report utilization and cost based on our team\'s efforts.
