Senior Manager, Program Management, Early-Stage Assets (Contractor) Ophthalmology Research Program Lead (Contractor) Associate Director, Scientific Operations (Contractor) I have been a contractor working remotely while supporting a pharmaceutical company in various capacities. I have provided project and program management responsibilities for early-stage ophthalmology research teams as well as a gene therapy collaboration. My responsibilities have included managing leadership, program team, and project level meetings; setting agendas; generating and distributing minutes; tracking deliverables; monitoring and forecasting costs; creating and tracking schedules; updating program-level dashboards; reporting program status at Executive Committee meetings; and other activities necessary to move products from preclinical through Phase 2 clinical studies. In my current role, I support the Chief Research Officer by helping move strategic initiatives forward, assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation, as well as support high-level strategic partnerships as a project manager.
