About Brian Rizo

Coach Brian Rizo brings more than fifteen years of experience to his role as the head coach of J Sizzles 17u club team. He is known for his familial yet disciplined approach. He believes in the power of a team and in holding his players to high standards on and off the court. He has a proven track record of developing greatness in is players. He believes that basketball extends beyond the game and works to cultivate leaders and develop well rounded players. Coach Rizo runs his program on three principles: Play Hard, Play Smart, and Play Together. It is his goal that his players not only leave him better athletes but also better people. Having coached at three different levels he is bringing his lifelong passion for the sport back to high school!
