With over 30 years of experience in both the financial services and recruiting industries, my accumulated personal accomplishments in both consumer and commercial Lending, combined with credit administration has served as a significant asset to my clients and candidates. As a professional recruiter with extensive experience in Executive Search, Retained Search, Contract Staffing, Compensation Consulting, and Succession Planning complimented with my many years as a Banker we launched the firm in January, 2016 as Rhonemus Group. Our search firm focuses on mid-to-senior level roles within national banks, and community banking institutions; with asset sizes ranging from $50 MM-$140 B in assets. My career has afforded me the honor to support and contribute to state bank associations and publications all over the United States, focusing on topics such as succession planning, management training, social media integration, behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and career planning for new bankers.
