ABOUT BRIAN FREDERICK
Background includes 30 years in the nonprofit sector primarily in mental health and organized philanthropy. My focus has been on creating and sustaining high impact nonprofit organizations. My current goals include: 1) understanding the dynamics of high impact community philanthropy from domestic and global perspectives, 2) understanding how to embed diversity, inclusion, and equity into the soul of an organization, 3) implementing appropriate aspects of that learning to increase the viability and efficiency of the Community Foundation of Lorain County, and 4) sharing that learning to the broader field within Ohio, the United States and Internationally.
