I’m now entering my 20th year of experience in leadership, employment services, talent acquisition, and business development. Early on in my career, I obtained two degrees in Accounting/Finance and entered what I felt was a safe career choice. However, I quickly learned that playing it safe was not in my nature and I sought out a new, more fulfilling career path. While working as a Payroll Manager and Benefits Administrator at a small staffing firm, I got my first taste of being a Staffing Coordinator. I held down two full-time roles so that I could begin learning the ropes of employment services, and I never looked back. Through this position and others to follow, I discovered my true calling and passion for connecting to individuals through recruiting/sourcing, career exploration, job searches, resume writing, and interviewing techniques. How I can add value to your team: I have a passion for connecting with and seeing each potential candidate as an individual with personal goals and needs that must come first when determining a possible match for an open position. I truly provide a person-centered approach to talent acquisition that is genuine, responsive and instills trust. I bring 20 years of experience in employment services, internal and RPO recruiting, business leadership, and team building, across non-profit and private sectors. I am adept at taking on fast-paced, high-volume hiring projects and successfully reaching placement goals each time. I have demonstrated experience filling high-level executive positions in multiple industries, including Corporate Finance, Medical (Admin and Clinical), Manufacturing, and Logistics. I have a demonstrated track record of success through metrics such as time to fill and required placements on mass-hire projects. This makes me valuable to senior managers who often call on me when they need someone to pivot instantly from one hiring project to another and meet the required SLAs.
