Brian is a Managing Partner at CR Capital which launched it\'s first fund, CR Capital Fund I, in 2024. CR Capital is a pioneering private credit fund dedicated to transforming real estate financing. We provide bespoke, rapid, and flexible funding solutions for developers and investors, focusing on sustainable and profitable projects. Brian is the Managing Partner at B. Perrott Ventures, a private investment firm focused on helping passionate, game changing and dynamic founders build category kings.Brian was a Co-Founder and President/COO at BluePallet. BluePallet launched in January 2021 after the successful merger of Velloci and Echosystem. BluePallet was acquired in 2024. Prior to the merger, Brian was CSO and Chairman of the Board at Velloci, a financial technology company. Prior to its acquisition in July 2021, he sat on the board of Zero Student Debt Initiative where he was a pre-seed investor. Brian Perrott was the Founder of QOS Networks, a tech enabled managed services and software company. For the 2nd time, QOS Networks appeared on the Inc. ranking #718 with three year revenue growth of 657%. Additionally, QOS Networks ranks No. 50 on the inaugural 2020 Inc. Series: California. In September 2020 QOS received a significant growth equity investment from M/C Partners that will further propel QOS Networks as the market leader in managed network solutions. In January 2022 QOS Networks was acquired by Zayo Group. Via the terms of the deal, the QOS brand will be retained and operate as a division of Zayo. Brian is also an active entrepreneur, advisor, angel investor and coach to companies in focused verticals such as technology, Fintech, IT, SaaS, B2B, Marketplace, and AI/ML. Through 2021 Brian has over 100 investments at the pre-seed, seed or series A stages.Brian graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Brian earned his Eagle Scout award in 1996. In his free time he enjoys traveling the world with his family, camping, hiking, surfing, playing golf, reading, continuously learning, helping his friends enjoy life and helping his friends be successful. Brian lives an intentional life and wants to be inspirational and surround himself with people who inspire him.
