Senior project manager for the sustainment team managing the infrastructure upgrade of the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) under the NGEN contract. Ensured that all program efforts were cross planned and integrated within each project for the enterprise PMO. • Managed multiple high dollar projects in a Scaled Agile Framework methodology. • Managed the day-to-day operations for contract deliverables, to include managing SharePoint, tracking deliverables, operations, documentation reviews, and contract milestones. • Managed the technical solution supporting the Next Generation Enterprise Networks (NGEN) Defense contract for the Government. • Manage construction of network infrastructure for the network operability/ functionality on the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) supporting more than users. • Manage the deliverable of multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) as well as maintain the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) to support multiple projects. Collaborated with the program lead and customer migration lead to develop and implement a technical solution.
