   Being the only recruiter for all of IDOM Inc. USA operations full cycle recruiting for all positions across all our offices in our USA operations.• Supporting high volume (50+ requisitions) recruiting and human resources policies, programs, and practices.• Specific duties include talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, fostering candidate engagement, and providing support during the onboarding process.• Maintaining up to date job postings on our internal site along with on LinkedIn and reviewing resumes in a timely fashion to keep the recruiting process tight to not lose perspective talent.• Setting up new employees in SAP and ADP. • Conducting local and global background checks for new employees.• Completing I9’s of new employees on their first day and starting them in E-Verify. • Onboard new employees and conduct first week orientations for all new employees including explaining benefits, employee handbooks, computer set up and setting up various first week meetings. • Traveling to college campuses across the country for job fairs to help recruit top talent.• Tracking all candidate information in spreadsheets including tracking salary expectations, certifications, candidates who declined offers and for what reason for monthly reports.• Hiring both full time and contracted employees in mainly technical roles including but not limited to mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and structural engineers, chemical/processing engineers, drafters, Revit designers, protection and control engineers, transmission line engineers, substation engineers, project support, civil engineers, and project managers. • Walking candidates through visa applications or options and setting up sponsorships (mainly TN, H1B and F1).
