Brianne Hughes is a Principal Program Lead at Chick-fil-A with over a decade of experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure, optimize and improve processes and procedures. Since acquiring a degree in Business Administration-Accounting and later a master\'s degree in Accounting from Winthrop University, Brianne kickstarted her career, eagerly working from a Tax Consultant to the present.In her more recent and senior roles, Brianne has been able to develop and hone leadership qualities. Brianne was responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of sales tax accountants and contractors, enabling them to pursue and attain professional and personal goals. Brianne is a trusted leader who focuses on nurturing authentic and meaningful relationships. Combining this with a growth mindset and commitment to lifelong learning, Brianne stands out as a competent leader in creating, sustaining, and leading effective teams.A career in Accounting has allowed Brianne to fuse her passions and natural skillsets in relationship building and management, organizational planning, and problem-solving, where high levels of responsibility and adaptability are required.
