My name is Bree Blankenship, and I am deeply passionate about EMPOWERING younger generations to find their voice and thrive in the dynamic business world. Competition can be intimidating, especially at such a young age. However, I am determined to show others that it is within reach and go above and beyond stereotypes. My mission is to serve as a role model, inspiring and guiding younger audiences to seize control of their careers from an early age. My journey began with seizing an opportunity that transformed my trajectory: pursuing my associate degree during my junior year of high school. This bold step, though met with skepticism and self-doubt, proved to be a pivotal moment in my life.Have you ever experienced the sting of blatant ageism? I have, and it served as a powerful motivator for me. Instead of allowing doubts about my capabilities to deter me, I used them as fuel to surpass expectations. During my college classes, skepticism about my abilities in group projects, presentations, or speeches was a constant challenge. Yet, through unwavering determination and tireless effort, I persevered. Countless nights were spent refining my skills, and when the final grade was revealed, my competence shone through, proving doubters wrong.Now, at just 18 years old, I have my associate degree. Oh and did I mention that I proudly serve as a Brand Ambassador for Alter’d State. Through this role, I\'ve had the privilege of expanding my network and making meaningful connections with brands like Arula, AS Revival, and Tullabee.    As Director of Programming for Chi Omega, I bridge the gap between our chapter and the campus Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. I manage Cardinal Cabinet, which consists of 23 elected leaders, to coordinate events that uphold our organization’s campus standing while fostering member connection and satisfaction. Through biweekly meetings, I promote collaboration, idea-sharing, and strategic planning to make 2024 an unforgettable year for our chapter. I assist sisters with event planning by offering support and guidance, ensuring every initiative aligns with our goals and values.
