Execute the full life-cycle recruitment process for the Claim Portfolio across the U.S. with internal and external talent, specifically in the Upper Midwest Claim Center for full-time positions. •Develop key strategies with hiring managers for in-demand positions to understand their needs and goals, including Inside/Outside Claim Representatives in Auto, Property, Workers Compensation, General Liability, and specialty claim divisions all the way from trainees, to experienced adjusters, to Unit Managers, Directors, 2VP\'s, & VP\'s. •Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday, for candidates and the business. •Pipeline, screen, and source for both active and passive applicants in preparation for candidate profile submission and hiring manager approval – this includes preparing candidates for next-steps in the interview process which ultimately leads to creating comprehensive compensation packages for prospective hires •Deliver trainings to business partners and Claim Centers on Talent Acquisition \"Best Practices\" relating to Employee Referrals, the Resume/Interview experience, and more. •Leverage and cross-reference multiple sourcing strategies and channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, ZapInfo, ContactOut, Dice, etc. •Participate in virtual military recruiting job fairs in hopes to match veterans with open positions •Coach, mentor, & lead new team members; including seasoned Talent Acquisition professionals and others who may be newer to the recruiting world.
