Professional Coach, Consultant, Director, Mentor, who excels at moving businesses forward by bringing into alignment & designing strategic growth models. By coaching each sector into a collaborative space driven through a mutual goal with a measurable action items to optimize results. I excel at finding the gaps, analyzing messaging, assessing costs, & connecting the visionary with the right integrator. Thus solidifying the visions are developed and executed to the fullest potential of the mission with internal and external stakeholder buy in. My passion, my hobby, my career and what feeds my soul is making other people wildly successful through growing profitable businesses. I love being a muse and empowering people to do great things by turning weaknesses into super powers. I excel at taking the emotion out of situations to be able to objectively review all facades of the situation in front of me. When presenting the findings I come from a place of understanding to not put people on the defensive about a situation thus allowing for more receptive, impactful and purposeful meetings/interactions. I love to use my coaching skills to ask powerful questions to synthesize the situation appropriately. By doing so I understand people\'s thought process to make sure I am meeting them where they are and communicating with them via their preferred style, which I find is important to foster relations for a more cohesive environment and allow for healthy solution based conflict. I love continuing to grow and learn more about everything. I believe in enjoying life, passionately tackling anything you agree to take on, and showing up everyday as someone that your younger self would be proud of. I am passionate about continuing to evolve my personal growth by professionally working with clients and organizations as an employee or a consultant to help everyone reach their goals, follow their mission, serve their stakeholder while allowing the business to grown holistically through a methodical system.
