I possess a wealth of experience in the management of electromechanical construction and maintenance projects. The bulk of my experience being within the industrial and commercial sectors. There is \"very little\" that I have not been exposed to in this field. I have managed multi-million dollar contracts to their successful completions and made innovative contributions throughout. I have a great enthusiasm for all things technical and making complex systems work together in unison.    I am mainly responsible for design, fabrication, debugging,testing and commissioning of the PLC-based control system for FP\'s 1 MWh-edemo, along with other control systems for experimental test rigs, including butnot limited to:(1) the thermal cycle test rig (TCTR);(2) the induction furnacetests;(3) the module test rig (MTR), or other component test systems. As the controlsengineer, the systems I create will dictate the functionality of the safetyfeatures associated with each system. Therefore, it is natural that I alsoserve in the capacity of the safety manager. As the safety manager, I ammainly responsible for working collaboratively with the rest of FP\'s engineeringteam to ensure that all experiments, test rigs, and demos are operatedsafely. This involves interfacing with the Environmental Health and Safetystaff, as well as laboratory leadership to ensure that the necessary protocols andautomatic triggers/system responses properly execute their functions via thecontrol systems I\'ve created.
