I have spent the last fourteen years developing my leadership and operations management abilities in the cannabis industry. I have successfully mastered the medical and recreational markets in CA, WA, OR, IA, PA, VA, MA and counting. My excellent customer service and people skills combined with my knowledge and passion for the industry have given me the opportunity to excel in many facets in the cannabis community. From building independent start up concentrate companies to overseeing 24 retail and 2 manufacturing facilities, I have built a wide skill set that allows me to be an innovative, adaptable team player with the education and determination to succeed in any role. I love being able to build a team that is positive, collaborative, solution-oriented and passionate about succeeding. Retail will always be my forte, but I\'ve truly enjoyed developing my skills in every realm of the cannabis industry. While my experience lies primarily in Operations Management, I have always been heavily involved in Talent Acquisition for multi-level positions.
