Currently, I am a Manager of Downstream Marketing at Stryker Sage, a leading provider of infection and injury prevention solutions.In my current role, I manage and develop a team of associates while leading the overall downstream marketing strategy and execution plans for Stryker Sage\'s patient hygiene product line, which includes pre-packaged bathing systems, skin care products, and external urine management devices. I collaborate with our upstream marketing team to identify competitive gaps and unmet market needs, and launch new products that address them. Additionally, I leverage my skills in product marketing, marketing communications and social networking to assist in creating compelling campaigns, support materials, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
