About Brianna Scharstein

I\'m a Cincinnati based creative, obsessed with all things design & visual experience. This passion has led me to Kroger, the U.S’ largest grocer—where I manage a team of Designers. Within this role, I lead efforts to deliver the best customer experience and elevate brand perception within our digital communications channel. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams we develop creative solutions that drive sales, grow engagement, loyalty and personalization. All while implementing user experience improvements, optimizations and streamline processes for automation in evolving conditions.I strive to boldly push boundaries, even if that means creating tirelessly. I\'m an experienced creative leader, a challenge embracer who aspires to empower and pursue constant growth with continuous curiosity.When I’m not creating, you can find me hangin’ with my favorites and giggling with my kids. Otherwise, I’m likely busy organizing, jamming to music, reading up on design blogs, or… scrolling down some rabbit hole on the internet.
