In my role as Event Manager, I oversee the planning and execution of all activities and events for Circle T Ranch, a private venue located on a pristine 1,500 acre property in Westlake, TX.Working closely with clients, I am responsible for the development and production of customer events. This includes designing conceptual mood boards and event layouts, coordination of staff, vendors and rentals, working with the culinary team to obtain customized menus based on the clients requests, preparation of event cost estimates and invoices, and creation of graphic elements such as menu cards.In addition to event planning, I manage an inventory of items for the property including furniture, linen, decor, liquor and wine.
