I design and lead our Lifestyle Medicine System: a curriculum that teaches patients the why behind their habits and equips them with practical, lasting tools for change.🤝 I partner closely with our physicians and care team to align all lifestyle recommendations with the patient’s clinical plan, ensuring we work as one unified system to deliver better outcomes. I deliver personalized coaching, develop structured protocols, and track progress to help patients optimize their energy, performance, and long-term health. I also foster community through our private member board—hosting lifestyle challenges, in-person meetups, and shared wins that keep patients connected and engaged far beyond their appointments.At True Health, I help people move from information to transformation—with clarity, structure, and support that actually changes lives.
