ABOUT BRIANNA WINGARD
I have a passion for designing and delivering thoughtful and well-executed experiences that strengthen communities. For the past two years, I have worked in Student Affairs at Stanford University as a Program Coordinator, where I project manage bi-monthly programs for 25% of the undergraduate population. I oversee all event planning aspects, from vendor coordination and onsite event logistics, to cross-functional collaboration, marketing communications, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.The heart of my work revolves around a deep commitment to building communities that foster a culture of belonging, well-being, and personal growth. Whether I’m providing an opportunity for people to connect through programs, designing positive employee experiences, managing complex projects, or supporting others in their roles, I bring creative problem-solving, quick learning and adaptability, anticipation of future needs, and a genuine passion for connecting and collaborating with people.
