ABOUT BRIANNA SCERPELLA
Bri Scerpella is the Marketing Communications Manager for North America at SoftwareOne, where she previously served as the Global Head of Social Media. With extensive experience in developing both North American and international internal and external communications strategies, Bri is currently focused on writing content and managing Outreach campaigns with the intent to generate demand and drive sales. With over a decade of expertise in software and cloud operational excellence and SaaS sales, Bri has experience in publisher negotiation and renewals, upselling, and optimizing cost efficiency strategies, particularly with Microsoft. Outside of SoftwareOne, she is a self-published author of three poetry collections. She is a member of her organization\'s Women in Technology (WiT) committee and strongly advocates for mental health through NAMI walks in her community. Bri attended her organization\'s President\'s Club in 2020, and was awarded \'Culture Representative\' of the year in 2019. She was awarded \'Top Software & Cloud Performer\' in 2021, a \'Million Dollar Producer\' in 2019, and received the \'Innovative Deal of the Year\' award in 2020. Most recently, she received \'Marketer of the Quarter\' award in June of 2024. When she is not dedicated to her professional passions, you can find her reading, writing, hiking, cooking (good chance it\'s soup), or simply enjoying time with her family, friends, and french bulldog, Remington.
