I’m an engineering leader with over a decade of experience driving complex technical programs, managing global teams, and delivering high-performance systems in both defense and renewable energy sectors. My career began in the U.S. Navy, where I developed deep expertise in nuclear systems operations, leadership under pressure, and program management. Today, I apply that same discipline and systems-thinking mindset to advancing clean hydrogen technology at Ohmium.As Associate Director of Systems Engineering, I lead a global team of engineers focused on process engineering, part selection, and mechanical design for PEM electrolyzer supporting systems—including water management, cooling, and integration. My role bridges R&D and operations, ensuring our designs meet stringent UL, CE, and Intertek standards while achieving safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency targets.Previously, as Systems Engineering Technical Program Manager, I managed a cross-functional team of 100+ engineers across the U.S. and Asia, leading product development from concept through production and field deployment.
