Source service providers utilizing various methods including, but not limited to, advertising, vendors database, trade groups, internet search engines, social media, telemarketing and any additional source or tool provided by the company.• Identify and qualify specialty areas of the service provider.• Negotiate approved rates in accordance with new or existing contracts.• Execute coverage for rollouts.• Initiates and tracks documentation to ensure pre-qualification is completed.• Follows internal process and procedures; recommends updates to enhance existing processes.• Ensures accuracy of data entered into IDS.• Manage and update Sourcing Log.• Communicates with managers to determine level of satisfaction relevant to service provider work.• Builds and maintains a positive communication process with potential and existing service providers via coordination with sales and marketing department.• Assist Sr. Operations Manager with assigned project related activities including implementation schedules.• May provide additional support to the operations or compliance team as necessary.• May participate in on-call assignments.• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
