I’m a Technical Designer with a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Game Design, specializing in the design and implementation of gameplay systems, UI, and in-engine logic for large-scale, player-focused experiences.I work at the intersection of design and engineering, translating creative intent into scalable, maintainable gameplay systems within established production pipelines. My experience includes implementing mechanics, state-driven systems, UI flows, and progression logic across Unreal Engine, Unity, and Godot, using tools such as Blueprints, C#, GDScript, GitHub, Perforce, and Jira. I’m comfortable working directly inside the engine, iterating on features, debugging systems, and collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and artists in cross-disciplinary teams.In 2021, I was recognized as a Tech Trek Finalist and selected as an IGDA-F Diverse Game Developers Virtual Exchange Recipient, where I gained mentorship and global industry exposure. I’m an active IGDA member and continue to grow through hands-on development, collaboration, and shipped project work.I’m seeking Technical Designer or Gameplay Designer (Systems-focused) roles within studios, open to remote work or relocation. I’m especially interested in teams that value systems ownership, strong technical execution, and designers who can bridge creative vision with engineering realities to deliver polished gameplay at scale.
