   Build direct sourcing efforts for clients where we are the MSP- Work on process improvement, where needed, to ensure we are operating in an efficient and effective way- Set up best practices for direct sourcing methods based on specific client needs- Act as an SME for direct sourcing on three major MSP clients - Build relationship with the onsite teams to foster an environment with open communication and collaboration - Project coordination on the efforts to offshore direct sourcing - Create documentation on processes and best practices - Train and lead a team of recruiters - Manage tracking tools through Excel - Find top talent for our Enterprise clients, specifically for clients where we are the MSP- Market research to provide clients with data on talent in the market- Join calls with hiring managers to discuss their hiring needs- Connect with candidates to determine their career goal and help people find the next step in their career- Recruiter for any position our enterprise clients need talent for (finance, IT, marketing, HR, etc)- Schedule interviews between clients and candidates- Help candidates prepare for interviews and provide feedback to help them improve moving forward- Assist candidates in making resume corrections that better highlight their skills- Present offers to candidates and initiate the onboarding process for accepted offers- Work on special projects as needed
