With nearly a decade of experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I made the transition into business operations—motivated by a genuine interest in helping organizations grow through strong teamwork, thoughtful processes, and clear communication. My journey from healthcare to the automotive industry has strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, learn on the go, and approach challenges with flexibility and care.
