Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Director and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR function execution- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment logistics, including posting job openings across job boards and internal channels, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting activity, candidate records, and onboarding data within Paycom HRIS- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation schedules, ensuring timely completion of onboarding tasks, compliance training, and required documentation- Ensure accuracy and compliance in employment eligibility verification (I-9) and maintain organized digital personnel files to support audits and regulatory requirements- Assist with HR communications, internal announcements, and policy updates- Support employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and HR-led programs that promote a positive workplace culture
